A new housing development at Johnstown, Navan, was swamped with viewers last weekend when Liberty Homes launched Boyne View, a scheme of four-bedroom and five-bedroom houses. Joint agents Gunne New Homes and John V Farrelly and Associates still have homes available in the first phase of the scheme, which is located on the Dublin side of Navan. Four-bedroom semis with 1,037 sq ft are priced at £134,995, while four-bedroom detached homes are available at £184,995. A version of the four-bed detached unit with the option of a fifth bedroom in the attic has a floor area of 2,112 sq. ft and is priced at £214,995.
