Orange mobile telephones has taken 2,240 sq ft in Key Gate House, the distinctive six-storey office at Middlepath Street in the Harbour area of east Belfast. It is understood that a rental level of around £10.75 sterling per sq ft was paid for the accommodation in the building, which was designed and developed by local architects Johnson Stirling Tweedie and Neill. The building is within walking distance of the city centre and is located close to the Sydenham Interchange, with easy access to the North's motorway system.

Lisney's Belfast office acted for Orange and Frazer Kidd and Partners acted for the developers.
