Gardens and location may push price to £1m

A charming four-bedroom detached house with beautifully kept gardens at 15 Greenfield Park, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 will be auctioned by Lisney on May 6th. Located on the sunny side of the road, on the corner of Greenfield Crescent, it carries a guide price of around £900,000, according to Lisney agent Sarah Downes.

It could make closer to £1 million given its superb location in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Donnybrook and the Belfield campus. Close-by on Greenfield Cresent, a detached house needing refurbishment recently made £915,000 under the hammer.

Number 15 is a fine family house with around 2,800 sq. ft of living space. There is plenty of off-street parking and separate access off Greenfield Crescent to a garage.

The front door opens into a large, welcoming hall that, at 19 ft by 18 ft is far bigger than the average living room and it has its own fireplace, fitted with a coal-effect gas fire.
