France: from €191,000Cottages in a large natural park in Moselle, France, and near to Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, are for sale on a leaseback arrangement with a guaranteed rental income.

The development will include an aqua leisure park with a wave pool, slides, waterfalls and wild river, and there will also be an indoor tropical garden and sports centre. There are also plenty of outdoor sports in the area, from horse riding, cycling and fishing to orienteering. The first cottages are due to be completed at the end of 2009.
