Swords: The final phase of apartments at Wikeford & Lincoln Hall near Swords is being released by Hamilton Osborne King this week with prices starting at €219,950.

Some 150 units of the development were sold earlier this year and the remaining 70 homes are now available.

Two-bedroom apartments with 59.5 sq m (640 sq ft) cost from €219,950, while two-bedroom penthouses with 55.7 sq m (600 sq ft) are priced from €249,950. Three-bedroom penthouses from 113 sq m (1,215 sq ft) have a price tag from €334,950. The two-bedroom units come with fitted kitchens, fireplace, built-in wardrobes and a balcony. A rooftop garden with views over the Broadmeadow river is open to all residents while underground and on-street parking is available. Wikeford & Lincoln Hall is 14 miles from Dublin city centre and is convenient to Dublin Airport, the DART in Malahide and the M50.

Applewood village is close by and the site is beside a new linear park along the banks of the Broadmeadow river. The development is being built by Albany Homes, whose recent schemes include Swords Downs, Ashton Broc and Ashton Square. Completion dates at Wikeford & Lincoln Hall are expected in spring 2004.
