£600,000-plus expected for building on Drury Street

AGAR Auctioneers expects to secure in excess of £600,000 for a three-storey over basement building at 46 Drury Street, Dublin 2, which goes to auction on October 27th. The building is located opposite South City Markets and has a floor area of 3,888 sq ft.
