Priest to sell more Smartforce shares

The president of educational software group Smartforce, Mr Greg Priest, has informed the Nasdaq market that he intends to sell 111,900 Smartforce shares and realise about $5 million in the process. This will bring Mr Priest's share sales in the past six months to almost $9 million; last October he sold $3.9 million worth of Smartforce shares.
