LeisureIndustry: Jackie Skelly Fitness is to open its sixth centre at the Bailis Village development near the N3 about two miles from Navan, Co Meath.
The fitness company has agreed terms with T & J Gavigan Real Estate Alliance for a 2,022 sq m (21,765 sq ft) unit that will include a swimming pool, fitness centre and changing rooms.
It is expected to open in the autumn."
Bailis Village, which is being built by Keelagh Homes, is a mixed-use development in Johnstown with direct access to the N3. The scheme will have a bar/restaurant, creche and medical centre. Bailis Village will also comprise 90 apartments which will come on the market later this year.
