Baghdad - The UN special envoy, Mr Prakash Shah, said yesterday UN humanitarian workers would return to Baghdad by Wednesday to resume their work.
He said the Security Council would hold a session today to discuss the Iraqi crisis. More than 100 UN relief workers were withdrawn from Iraq after air strikes began.
