Gardaí in Thurles have named the victim of yesterday's road crash as 19-year- old Micheal Kenny from Spafield Crescent, Cashel, Co Tipperary.
Michael died when the car he was driving crashed into a wall at Ballynonty, in Thurles.
He was the 200 thperson to die on Irish roads this year.
