With more then 80 per cent of all the boxes tallied, Fianna Fáil supporters have confirmed Dick Roche will be fighting for the last seat in the Wicklow constituency.
Latest predictions are for three Fine Gael seats, sitting TDs Billy Timmins, on 13 per cent and Andrew Doyle on 14.5 per cent being joined by Simon Harris on 12.7 per cent in the 31st Dáil.
Mr Harris, who will be 25 in October, is currently vying with Mr Timmins to head the poll.
It is expected that Labour’s Anne Ferris on 7.8 per cent from Bray will also take a seat with transfers going to her instead of Sinn Féin’s John Brady 10 per cent.
The last seat appears to be in contention between Mr Brady, Independent Stephen Donnelly on 9.1 per cent Independent Joe Behan at 5.9 per cent, and Mr Roche on 5.6 per cent.
