Rapist gets 10 year sentence

Berlin - A construction worker who abducted and imprisoned a young woman before torturing and raping her for seven weeks was sentenced by a Berlin court yesterday to 10 years in a psychiatric institution. The court ruled that Dieter Henschel (49) was not fully responsible for his actions when on February 14th he kidnapped a 34-year-old fashion designer and chained her up in the cellar of a Berlin house.
