Gardaí in Wexford are investigating an armed robbery on security van this morning.
The Garda press office said the security van was held up by three men as it delivered cash to an ATM at a garage on the Dublin Road in Gorey shortly after 10am.
Three men wearing balaclavas held up security staff and stole what the Garda said was "a large amount of cash".
One of the raiders is believed to have had a firearm, and the raiders escaped in a black Volkswagen car with 06 D in the registration plate, gardaí said.
