An action by the tenor Frank Patterson, his wife, Eily O'Grady, and others to restrict quarrying near their homes has been adjourned in the High Court. Terms of settlement in the case taken by the Pattersons, of Shillelagh Lodge, Brittas, against Mr Michael Murphy, owner of lands at Aughfarrell, Brittas, were handed into court, but have not yet been approved. The action was adjourned until June 21st.
