Moscow - Acting President Mr Vladimir Putin, who is favourite to win the presidency in next month's elections, said yesterday his political programme would be made public later this month and would focus on reviving the moral fibre of the Russian people.
"Any programme should start from the revival of people's morals," Mr Putin, who has been criticised by rivals for keeping Russia in the dark about his plans, told reporters. He said he would publish his programme after February 25th in line with election law.
