A man must go forward for trial on drugs charges, Dublin District Court heard.
Mr Daniel Rusinko (25), of Zabreth in the Czech Republic, is charged with possession and supply of cannabis resin at Dublin Airport on February 28th. Garda Paul Murray told the court the drugs have a street value of between £150,000 and £200,000.
Judge David Anderson heard the DPP had elected for indictment and wanted a remand to prepare a book of evidence. Mr Damian Colgan said his client might be prepared to waive preliminary examination.
Judge Anderson remanded Mr Rusinko to May 10th to see if a book would be required.
