Victoria - The Anglican priest, the Rev Wavel Ramkalawan, said he would not accept defeat in yesterday's presidential poll in the Seychelles, accusing supporters of the incumbent, Mr France Albert Rene, of election fraud.

He said Mr Rene's party, the Seychelles People's Progressive Front (SPPF), had carried out "illegal activities (which) indicate that they were not interested in a fair game".
