A conference on regulation of over-the-counter (OTC) financial derivatives in the wake of the global financial crisis is being held jointly by UCD’s centre for regulation and governance and commercial law centre this Friday from 8.45am at Newman House, St Stephen’s Green, Dublin.
The keynote speech is to be given by Prof Henry Hu, former inaugural director of the division of risk, strategy and financial innovation at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
