Gbadolite - The rebel leader, Mr Jean-Pierre Bemba, has said he will not sign a ceasefire to halt the war in Democratic Republic of Congo today if another rebel leader was not also called to do so.
The leader of the Congolese Liberation Movement (MLC) said that Prof Ernest Wamba dia Wamba, who heads one faction of the divided Congolese Rally for Democracy (RCD), must also sign.
