A man who is charged with raping a woman last July was sent forward for trial to the Central Criminal Court. He was remanded in custody after Kilmainham District Court was told he had failed to meet signing on conditions for bail.
The 27 year old Dublin man is accused of raping a 24 year old woman at Windsor Terrace, Dublin, on July 21st last, with assault causing her actual bodily harm and sexually assaulting her.
"If he's in breach of bail he won't get bail," said Judge Gillian Hussey.
