Insp Gerry McNamara told Limerick District Court that the State was still awaiting directions from the DPP.

Thomas Corry (51) of Aughrim, Scariff, Co Clare, faces four charges under the Misuse of Drugs Act. He was further remanded on bail yesterday until July 8th when he will appear before Limerick District Court for the second time.

Last month the 51-year-old was charged with two counts of possession of drugs and two counts of possession of drugs with intent for sale or supply contrary to Section 15 of the Act at Roxboro Road, Limerick, on March 15th last.
