Show apartment for £270,000-plus

A one-bedroom show apartment in Bagod Rath, a small and very stylish development on Pembroke Row off Lower Baggot Street, is to be auctioned by Sherry FitzGerald on 1st June next.

The guide price of £270,000 could be exceeded on the day, given that the two-bedroom show apartment achieved £440,000 under the hammer in recent weeks. When the development was first launched on the market last December, one-bedroom apartments sold from the mid-to-late £200,000s.

The three-storey brick-built scheme is Georgian style and has a high standard of finish. Glass blocks, natural wood and steel are used extensively to give a bright modern look to the interior.
