Odyssey complex looks for commercial tenants

Discussions are under way with prospective tenants for the 30,000 sq ft family entertainment centre in Belfast's Odyssey complex, according to agents Richard Ellis Gunne. Odyssey, with its 10,000-seat all-purpose arena, 120,000 sq ft science centre, Sheridan IMAX and Warner Village is the largest leisure development undertaken in Ireland. Odyssey's developers recently held an open day for British and Irish commercial agents. Richard Ellis Gunne said it expects the available units in the 200,000 sq ft pavilion area will be let before the spring 2001, opening deadline.
