A private investor has paid close to £700,000 for a a 25year-old industrial investment at Dublin Industrial Estate

A private investor has paid close to £700,000 for a a 25year-old industrial investment at Dublin Industrial Estate. The deal will give him a yield of around 10 per cent. The 24,000square-foot unit is let to Wilkes Cerdac on a 20-year lease from 1985. The current rent of £75,000 is due to be reviewed in the year 2000. Druker Fanning handled the sale for a UK investor and James Adam advised the purchaser.
