In Ranelagh, Dublin 6, Lisney achieved £620,000 at auction for 31 Charleston Road, a two-storey over garden level five-bedroom Victorian house. Elsewhere in Ranelagh, a five-bedroom semi-detached house at 30 Mountainview Road was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £500,000.

Also in Ranelagh, Sherry FitzGerald secured £382,000 at auction for 19 Killeen Road, a two-bedroom terraced house. In Rathmines, a five-bedroom detached house, Kington, at 47 Cowper Road, was sold at auction for £1.335 million through Lisney.

Still in Rathmines, 1 Belgrave Road, a five-bed Victorian house was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £870,000.

In Rathgar, 68 Grosvenor Road, a five-bedroom detached house in good decorative order, was sold at auction for £1.56 million through Lowe & Associates. The guide price was £1.1 million.

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £235,000 for 48 Terenure Road North, Terenure, a three-bed terraced house, following its withdrawal from auction.

In Dartry, a four-bed semi-detached house at 71 South Hill was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction yesterday for £430,000.

In Milltown, a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 2 Coolnahinch, Dundrum Road, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £280,000.

In Dublin 8, a four-bedroom house in need of modernisation, Belseto Lodge, at 110 Inchicore Road, Dublin 8, was sold at a Douglas Newman Good auction for £295,000.

A two-bed villa-style house at 10 Greenville Terrace, off the South Circular Road, was withdrawn at £220,000 and sold later for a higher price through Lisney.

Also on Greenville Terrace, Number 12, a two-bedroom end of terrace house, was withdrawn at £200,000 and sold later for £219,000 by Lowe & Associates.

Elsewhere off the South Circular Road, 17 Wolseley Street, a three-bed mid-terrace house, fetched £250,000 at a Sherry FitzGerald auction.

Young's withdrew a three-bedroom terraced house at 62 Lombard Street West from auction.

South Dublin

In Killiney, Maple Lodge, a four-bedroom detached house on Killiney Road, was sold at a Lisney auction for £645,000.

In Glenageary, 2 Gowrie Park, a three-bedroom detached bungalow, was withdrawn and sold later for over £230,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

Still in Glenageary, 54 Hillcourt Road, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £371,000.

A four-bedroom dormer bungalow, Glenmorgan, at Lower Mounttown Road, Dun Laoghaire, was withdrawn and sold later for over £250,000 by Sherry FitzGerald. In Monkstown, Lisney is seeking £349,500 for a three-bedroom mews house, Belgrave Mews, at 39a Seapoint Avenue, following its withdrawal from auction.

In Blackrock, Lisney achieved £1.07 million at auction for Lisheen, a four-bed detached house at Woodlands Park.

Douglas Newman Good is seeking £280,000-plus for a three-bedroom mid-terrace house at 6 Maretimo Terrace, Blackrock, following its withdrawal from auction.

A three-bed semi-detached house with a modern extension at 32 Seapoint Avenue, Blackrock, made £375,000 through Gunne Residential.

Still in Blackrock, a three-bedroom mews house at 2 Lonsdale Mews, Avoca Avenue, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Hamilton Osborne King. In Booterstown, Lisney fetched £340,000 at auction for 30 Trimleston Gardens, a three-bedroom semi-detached house.

Nearby at 20 Trimleston Gardens, Gunne Residential sold a three-bedroom semi-detached house at auction for £300,000.

In Mount Merrion, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 10 Greenfield Road, was sold at a Jackson-Stops auction for £520,000.

In Foxrock, a four-bedroom detached house on 0.5 acres, Greenwood, on Brighton Road, made £1.1 million through Lisney.

Also in Foxrock, Nendrum, at Knocksinna, a five-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn at £1.6 million by Daphne L. Kaye & Associates, which is quoting £1.85 million. The property has extensive gardens backing on to Foxrock Golf Course. In Carrickmines, a five-bed detached house, Laragh, on Claremont Road, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking offers in the region of £750,000.

In Rathmichael, a three-bedroom bungalow on 1.12 acres, Keela, on Ferndale Road, was sold at auction for £525,000 through Jackson-Stops.

A three-bedroom semi-detached cottage at 179 Goldenball Cottages, Kilternan, was sold at a Douglas Newman Good auction for £300,000.

In Palmerston, Dublin 20, a three-bedroom cottage in need of modernisation at 14 Robin Villas, was sold at auction for £210,000 by McDonald Bros.

Ryemore, a detached bungalow and stores at Ballyowen Lane, Lucan, was sold at auction for £730,000 by McDonald Bros.

Also in Lucan, the same agent withdrew a three-bedroom bungalow at 22a Chalet Gardens. In Walkinstown, Dublin 12, 11 Lugnaquilla, Greenpark, a fourbed detached house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald which is quoting £400,000.

Jackson-Stops is seeking about £325,000 for 4 Knights Hill, Balrothery, a four-bedroom bungalow on 0.33 acres, following its withdrawal from auction.

In Ballsbridge, a three-storey over garden level Victorian house, St Margaret's, at 18 Elgin Road, was sold at a Lisney auction for £3.3 million - £2 million over the guide price. Currently arranged in five units, the property includes a double coach-house to the rear.

Elsewhere in Ballsbridge, a three-bedroom apartment at 2 Raglan Court, Clyde Road, was withdrawn at £470,000 and sold later for a higher price through Gunne Residential.

A four-bedroom detached house at 34 Serpentine Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, was withdrawn by Bennetts, which is seeking £485,000.

In Sandymount, 53 Bath Avenue, a three-bedroom terraced house, was sold at auction for £565,000 by Young's. At 7 Seafort Gardens, a twobedroom semi-detached house with a large garden was sold at auction for £376,000 through Bennetts.

Still in Sandymount, 23 Marine Drive, a four-bedroom semidetached house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £470,000.

Meanwhile, a two-bedroom end of terrace house at 35 O'Connell Gardens, Sandymount, was withdrawn by P.J. O'Dwyer, which is seeking offers in the region of £300,000.

In Donnybrook, a two-bedroom mid-terrace house in need of modernisation at 19 Home Villas was sold at a Gunne Residential auction for £245,000.

Elsewhere in Donnybrook, Lisney secured over £620,000 after auction for 6 Bushfield Terrace, a four-bedroom terraced house in a cul-de-sac off Marlborough Road.

In Clonskeagh, a four-bedroom house on 0.65 acres, Longwood at Wynnsward Park, was sold at auction for £1.8 million through O'Mahony Auctioneers.

Also in Clonskeagh, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 52 Whitethorn Road was sold at a Hamilton Osborne King auction for £660,000. In Churchtown, 1 Belfield, a four-bedroom mews house on Upper Churchtown Road, was sold at a Lisney auction for £335,000.

A three-bedroom semi-detached bungalow at 57 Beaumont Avenue, Churchtown, Dublin 14, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential.

A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 2 Goatstown Avenue, Goatstown, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £310,000.

A four-bedroom detached house at 43 Rathfarnham Park, Dublin 14 was sold at auction for £482,000 by Gunne Residential.

In Sutton, Dublin 13, a four-bed detached house at 29 Church Road, was withdrawn at £480,000 and sold later for £500,000-plus by Hamilton Osborne King.

A three-bed mid-terrace house at 126 Furry Park Road, Killester, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £248,000.

In Clonsilla, Dublin 15, a three-bedroom converted stable, The Stables, at Allendale, was withdrawn at £200,000 and sold later for a higher price by Sherry FitzGerald.

Sherry FitzGerald-Royal auctioned two Co Meath properties. A two-bed cottage on 0.5 acres at Parnellite, Effernock, Dublin Road, Trim, Co Meath, made £134,000 while four acres at Bullring, Summerhill, was withdrawn at £60,000.

Nearby, a five-bedroom bungalow on 1.3 acres, Castle View, on Dublin Road, Trim, was withdrawn at £375,000 and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald-Royal.

A four-bed bungalow on 0.5 acres, 2 The Sidings, Batterstown, was withdrawn by McNally Handy & Partners.

Also in Co Meath, a four-bedroom house on 0.75 acres, Manakai, Portan, was withdrawn and sold later for in the "mid £500,000s" through Lisney.

Meanwhile, a site with planning permission for a bungalow at Moygrehan, Athboy, was withdrawn at £100,000 and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGeald-Royal.

In Co Kildare, Colm McEvoy secured £445,000 at auction for The Haven, Walterstown, Kilcullen, a house on 12 acres with seven loose boxes.

In Co Laois, Marian House, a four-bedroom dormer bungalow at Coote Street, Portlaoise, was withdrawn at £187,000 by Columb Brazil.

A 31-acre residential farm at Grange, Rathnure, Co Wexford, was sold at auction for £188,000 through John Keane & Co.

A 10-bedroom Bed and Breakfast premises, The Waverly, at 4 Hardwicke Street in Dublin 1, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Yeats County Properties.

A seven-bedroom Bed and Breakfast property, Lansa House, Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, was withdrawn by Anne Kelly, which is seeking £1 million-plus

A commercial building, Station House, in Malahide, Co Dublin was withdrawn at £560,000 by joint agent Gunne and Kevin Flanigan, which are quoting £600,000.

Joint agents, Ganly Walters and Foley auctioned development land on Fairyhouse Road, Ratoath, in two lots. Lot 1: a 2.39-hectare residential site with planning permission for 36 houses sold for £3.15 million. Lot 2: a commercial site was withdrawn and now quoting £2.4 million.
