FIAT is to relocate its headquarters to a new 12,000-square-foot building beside the Red Cow Hotel at the interchange of the M50 and the Naas Road in west Dublin.building, which will be located on a high-profile site of almost three-quarters of an acre. The building is being developed by businessman Neil McDermott, who owns Beech Park House and the Shackleton gardens at Luttrellstown. The 20-year lease provides for a break option in the 10th year.
