Dublin 18: FROM €195,000DEVELOPER CASTLETHORN Construction is seeking buyers for eight remaining apartments at the popular Belarmine scheme in Stepaside which is nearing completion.

According to Castlethorn’s Shane Daly, eight units in the Belarmine Plaza building are available, including two large one-bedroom units at €195,000 each; three two-bedroom units are for sale at €270,000 while two three-bedroom apartments are available at €320,000 each.

Three show apartments will be on view this weekend at the scheme which has 450 homes on a 50-acre site. It’s a mixed development with large detached houses, more modest semis and apartments and duplexes aimed at both the first-time buyer and trade down market.

The Plaza building is in the centre of the scheme, facing communal gardens that include a newly completed children’s playground. The scheme will eventually have a convenience store with wine shop, deli and butcher, which is due to open this summer. There will also be a pharmacy, and café among other retail units.
