0.7acre Portmarnock site may raise £1m at auction

Hamilton Osborne King is guiding around £1 million (€1.27m) for an 0.7-acre site close to the entrance of Portmarnock Golf Club in Portmarnock, Co Dublin. The site, to be auctioned on March 29th, has 58 metres of frontage on to Strand Road. The land is zoned "to protect, provide for and/or improve local neighbourhood centre facilities" under the Fingal County Council Development Plan of 1999.
