Corrections And Clarifications

Recognisances were set in the case of Mitchelstown deer farmer Mr Pat Mulcahy following his conviction on three counts of assault at Mitchelstown district court on Friday. Mr Mulcahy, of Ballinwillin House, Mitchelstown, Co Cork, was released when a bond was lodged with the court to allow an appeal against the convictions.
