The Lynch Hotel Group claims it has become the west's largest hotel chain following the acquisition of Hayden's Hotel in Ballinasloe, Co Galway, and the opening of the £3.5 million (#4.4 million) Ocean Cove Hotel in Kilkee Bay, Co Clare. Its projected turnover is more than £18 million (#22.8 million) for the year.
