THE UK children’s wear and nursery specialist JoJo Maman Bebe has leased a new shop at 14 Wicklow Street, Dublin 2. The trader is understood to have agreed a rent of €100,000 for the 92.9sq m (1,000sq ft) outlet which was previously let to Past Times at €135,000. Hugh Markey of Lisney handled the letting.
