Fisichella case on hold

The Court battle over the status of Giancarlo Fisichella, who has driven for the Jordan Grand Prix team this season, was adjourned until Monday in the High Court in London yesterday. Fisichella is on loan from the Benetton team, who claim he should be available to them next season. Jordan, however, say that the driver has a two-year contract with them.
