Sir, - In reply to Timothy Ryan (April 13th), regarding a Sunday newspaper report concerning possible share options for managers at Telecom Eireann, the Minister for Public Enterprise, Mary O'Rourke TD, has outlined the factual position on a number of occasions.
As recently as March 31st in Dail Eireann and April 1st in Seanad Eireann, the Minister stated quite categorically that there will be no share options and incentives for senior managers and directors in Telecom Eireann as part of the flotation of the company on the Stock Market.
