Sir, – I am becoming more frustrated every day by “automatic responses” to emails.
Government departments, service providers, commercial companies, property management companies, etc, now use this to let me know that they received my email and that’s the end of it!
Could I suggest that they don’t bother to reply until they have something useful or helpful to tell me.
This is yet another erosion of customer service, which is getting worse every year.
