Sir, – It is important that equity is the central tenet of any assistance given to people during this period of inflation and economic uncertainty.
Many people are experiencing major difficulties making ends meet, while for many others the effects are little to none.
If assistance and support are to be given equally rather the equitably, it causes the bar to be raised for everyone, and does not help those most in need. – Yours, etc,
