Harare - Zimbabwe is to buy $25 million worth of arms from Russia to strengthen its military capacity in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the weekly Financial Gazette reported yesterday. The newspaper said that the purchase was being partly financed by the DRC, where 6,000 Zimbabwean troops are helping to fight a Tutsi-led rebellion.
