A 19-year-old woman appeared at Cookstown Magistrates' Court yesterday charged with murdering a west Belfast man in Dungannon. Ms Nuala Brid Delaney, of Blacks Road, Dunmurry, Belfast, was remanded in custody accused of murdering Mr John Stephen Knocker of Whiterock Drive.

Mr Knocker (22) was shot outside the Glengannon Hotel on May 31st last year. An RUC detective inspector told the court that in reply to the charge, Ms Delaney said "no".

A south Belfast store-man, Mr Gregory Martin Fox, (26), of Riverdale Park, has already been charged with murdering Mr Knocker. Mr Fox also faces a charge of possessing a 9 mm pistol and ammunition with intent.
