A man and a woman have appeared in court charged in connection with the stabbing of a man in a forest park in Co Down.
The victim (42) suffered several non-life threatening injuries in the assault at Tollymore Forest Park, Newcastle on Saturday night.
Elizabeth Marks (24), of Avenue Road, Lurgan and David Higginson (31), of no fixed address, were charged with attempted murder.
Both were remanded in custody at a sitting of Downpatrick Magistrates Court.
