Trinity College’s law society paid €500 towards an appearance fee for a model to attend a “Playboy party” that it helped to organise this week in Dublin, Model Georgia Salpa was paid €1,000 to attend the party, which drew at least one complaint on campus.

Male students were encouraged to dress up for the event as Playboy boss Hugh Hefner and female students to dress up as Playboy “bunnies” on Wednesday. The event was held by the society in conjunction with The Academy venue in Dublin, which paid the other half of the appearance fee, and Trinity Ents events group.
