How human genetics affects our actions is up for discussion tomorrow evening, when noted author Dr Matt Ridley delivers a talk at Trinity College, Dublin entitled, "Freewill, Determinism and the Human Genome".
Dr Ridley is based at the UK International Centre for Life which promotes public awareness of science. His books include Genome and The Red Queen: Sex and the Evolution of Human Nature. The free talk at the Edmund Burke Theatre, Arts Block, starts at 7 p.m. and is hosted by the TCD Genetical Society.
