London - A freak accident that killed a mother and her four-year-old son yesterday is believed to have been caused by a driver suffering a sneezing fit.

Ms Yasmin Zalam (32), and her son Kamran died after they were hit by a car on the hard shoulder of the M5 in Gloucestershire. Police later said they believed a 64-year-old woman who was driving the car that hit the victims suffered from a sneezing fit which caused her to leave the carriageway.
