The jury in the trial of a 43-year-old man who denies raping his young Co Cork brother-in-law on three occasions between January 1989 and July 1993 is to resume its deliberations at the Central Criminal Court this morning.
Mr Justice Flood sent the jury to a hotel overnight when it failed to reach a decision after four hours deliberations, given all that they can possibly give
