A pipe-bomb has exploded close to the Antrim housing estate where Mr Denver Smith (32) was bludgeoned to death on New Year's Day.
No one was injured when the device exploded, causing minor damage to a house at Andraid Close at about 4 a.m. yesterday. Police are investigating the possibility of a link between the incident and the murder of Mr Smith. Five men have been charged in relation to the killing.
