Denver - The parents of Isaiah Shoels, one of 12 students murdered by two teenage gunmen in a Colorado high school massacre in April, said on Saturday they plan to sue at least one of the companies that produced the weapons that killed their son.

Their decision to sue the gun makers for negligent marketing follows last month's decision by a California appeals court that victims of a 1993 shooting massacre should be allowed to sue a gun manufacturer.
