Islamabad - Pakistani's main Islamist party welcomed yesterday's test launch of the Ghauri-II missile in reply to the weekend missile launch by India.
The test-firing of the Ghauri-II missile, with a maximum range of 2,000 km, was essential to make Pakistan's defences "impregnable," said Mr Liaquat Baluch, secretary general of the Jamaat-i-Islami.
