Mr John O'Mahony (34), a baker, of Moherbee, Tralee, Co Kerry, who is charged with the murder of Margaret O'Sullivan (40), at McCowen's Lane, Tralee, on August 18th, was remanded in custody by Judge Humphrey Kelleher at Tralee District Court yesterday until February 12th.
