The Military History Society of Ireland, which this year celebrates its 50th anniversary, begins its winter lecture series tomorrow. The first, by Dr Ruan O'Donnell, is entitled "The aftermath of 1798". The lecture will begin at 8 p.m. in Griffith College, South Circular Road, Dublin. Non-members are welcome.
