A man aged in his 20s is to appear in court today in relation to the discovery of a firearm yesterday.
The man is due before a special sitting of Limerick District Court this afternoon.
The man was arrested following the search of a house in Roxboro Road yesterday. During the search a sawn-off firearm was recovered.
