Bohemians Champions League opponents FC Levadia Maardu have officially complained to UEFA about the height of the goalposts at Dalymount Park.

Pete Mahon's side defeated the Estonian champions 3-0 in the qualifying round first-leg with goals from Shaun Maher and a Glen Crowe brace.

"We have received a complaint from FC Levadia Maardu," a UEFA spokeswoman said. "However the complaint is only about the height of the goalposts, there is no mention of anything else."

Reports had suggested the Estonians were also unhappy with the strength of the floodlights and dressing rooms at the ground.

UEFA will meet on Friday to discuss the matter but a Bohemians spokesperson feels the club will not be punished.

Levadia trained at Dalymount Park on Tuesday and said the goalposts, made of solid steel, were dangerous.

Bohemians heeded their complaint and replaced the goalposts with hollow aluminium ones.

However when the Estonians examined the goalposts before the match they claim they were one centimetre short of UEFA regulations.
