Dushanbe, Tajikistan - Police arrested a 22-year-old man who posed as a shepherd before killing his victims and drinking their blood, the Interior Ministry said yesterday. Toyr Khamidov confessed he had supped from a glass of his victims' blood after beating them to death with a shepherd's crop.
Khamidov, who claimed to be driven by an evil force, was due to undergo pyschiatric tests.
